Martial arts is not just a youth activity—we have students of all ages training at our academies. Martial arts, especially our unique Tiger-Rock Training System, adds a new edge to your fitness training regimen. Incorporating various types of martial arts including taekwondo, hopkido, hanumdo, and jiu-jitsu, our martial arts system helped trainees lose weight, build core strength, tone muscles, and sharpen their physical keenness.
